Dogs in Films Series - Asta in the Thin Man

One of the great film series of all time was the "Thin Man" based on the novel by Dashiell Hammett.
 It starred William Powell and Myrna Loy. One character throughout the series was the dog Asta played by character dog actor Skippy a a Wire-Haired Fox Terrier that appeared on many films during that period.
